When forecasting a brief period of time that suggests a busy surgical schedule or increase in patient census, we offer short term and long term contracts to help avoid hiring expensive full-time employees.

Utilize our professionals to fill in facility needs due to employee illness, vacations and other absences while maintaining a peace of mind in the quality of our services.

Temporary to Permanent Placement

Utilize and assess our professionals while they fill in for your facility to determine if they exceed your expectations in consideration of an offer of full-time employent.

Direct Hire

Each Member Of The Resurgence Healthcare Solutions Team Is Subject To A Comprehensive Hiring Process:  

Completion of extensive application and professional resume 

Multi-step interview process, comprehensive background and reference checks

Completion of competency checklist related to specialty

Submission of all required documents and certifications

Minimum of 2 years experience required in respective specialty
